St. Gregory’s Catholic Primary School is based in Stratford-Upon-Avon in Warwickshire.

We are looking for an experienced Administrator who has outstanding interpersonal and organisational skills as well as the flexibility to adapt to the challenges of the school day. The successful candidate will work as part of the administration team to provide a comprehensive administration service that covers finance, attendance, health and safety and general school office duties. You will ensure all services are handled in accordance with regulations to a high level of accuracy and efficiency and, where necessary, confidentiality.
You will enjoy being part of a team, and have a strong customer facing focus. It is essential that you have extensive knowledge and experience of finance, working in an office and of dealing with the public. You must have excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel and e-mail. Ideally, you will have experience of working in a school or child-focused environment.
